Tadeusz Baranowski

Tadeusz Baranowski a graduate of the Faculty of Graphics and Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Participated in numerous exhibitions in Poland and abroad.

Apart from painting, he also worked with applied graphics, and creativity workshops for children. He received the „Gloria Artis” medal in 2007 from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.

His artwork, a blend of various techniques on huge canvases, reveal fascination with nature. The paintings hold atmosphere, emotions and worlds teeming with life. Dive in to sense the passion, playful form and sheer joy of creation enclosed in these works of art.

He invented his very own painting technique that uses a variety of materials (wood, fabric, polystyrene, acrylics, oils, etc.). It allows for the construction of works resembling reliefs – by composing layers built from various materials. In this abstract reality, we find landscapes, still lifes and spectacular images that fill his rich imagination.
